Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Sale products are final, and won't be exchanged or refunded.

How do I return my order?

Please email service@meichloe.com with your order number, contact name, shipping address and the products you wish to return/exchange along with your reason for return/exchange. You will receive an email once your request has been reviewed with authorisation and a return address. This may take up to 48 hours. 

Returned products will be inspected and must meet these requirements:
- garments unworn and unwashed 
- all original packaging must be present
- proof of purchase/invoice must accompany the return

You will be notified once your return/exchange has been processed. All exchange orders are subject to product availability. We recommend keeping proof of your return postage. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied.

Do I have to pay postage for returns?

Yes. You will need to cover the cost of returning your order.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Once your return/exchange has been authorised, it may take up to 15 business days. This time period allows for 3 to 7 business days for your order to reach our warehouse and roughly 5 to 8 days for processing. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
