How do I find the best fit and size?

Please refer to our Size Chart to find the best size and fit, choose one size up if you are in between sizes. Email to choose the best size based on your standard clothing size or measurements. If you are between sizes, please size up. If you have any other size questions, please write to us atservice@meichloe.com 

How should I care for my Mei & Chloe tights?

Use a gentle, cold machine wash and do not tumble dry. Avoid contact with any sharp surfaces.

The Mei & Chloe style that I want is not available, what should I do?

If the Mei & Chloe style that you are interested in is not available, please email service@meichloe.com Include the style name, colour and size you are looking for. We will respond you with an update of inventory availability as quickly as possible.

 

MY ORDER

What are my payment options? 

Payment can be made by via PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, and major debit and credit cards.

How do I use a promo code?

You must be signed into your Mei & Chloe account. Visit ‘My Shopping Cart’ to apply your discount code and select apply. Only one coupon can be applied per order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can update or change your order. If you want to change or cancel your order, email service@meichloe.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Your order cannot be updated or cancelled once we process it.

Can I track my order? 

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status by signing into your account and selecting your order. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

What are the shipping charges for my order? 

meichloe.com offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within Australia. For additional shipping information, please see our delivery infomation 

When will I receive my order?

It can take up to 9 business days to receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. When you check out, you have the option to select Australian Post Express Delivery at an additional cost.  

Do Mei & Chloe ship internationally?

Yes! Simply enter the international destination for your order while checking out. After you add your address, your shipping rate will be calculated and adjusted. 

I placed an international order. Do I have to pay taxes or duties? 

Some countries charge an import or customs fee. Unfortunately Mei & Chloe will not cover these fees and you are responsible for these charges in your country of delivery. We can not take responsibility for any delays caused by customs processes in your country.  

I want to return/exchange my order. What should I do?

MY ACCOUNT

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can check out on meichloe.com as a guest or create a registered account. Creating an account will make it easier to track any of your orders in the future.

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

When you go to sign in, choose ‘Forgot Your Password’. You will then receive an email that will give you further steps to create a new password. 

How do I update my Mei & Chloe account?

After signing into your account, simply click on the field you wish to update and remember to save!
