Finally we got through the first three weeks of school.

We were really hoping that kids would come back home exhausted from their school activities, but no such good luck for us at least! Our little girl was still full of energy. We tried taking her for walks up and down Long Reef, or from Dee Why to Curl Curl, or new walking routes to keep her from being bored and restless... Nothing seemed to work.

Meditation. For some it brings to mind visions of peaceful, calm and zen looking people sitting comfortably with their legs crossed, eyes gently closed - obviously swept away into some vast enlightened and magical place. Where everyone is calm, loving and looks fantastic wearing an orange robe with flowers in their hair... like in a really good Snap Chat picture. 

Yes, even I as a meditation teacher, really dislike those people.
